There were only a few hours left for the code of conduct to be imposed for the Lok Sabha elections in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. In such a situation, the public representatives remembered about the development works. He laid the foundation stone in a hurry, so that this development work could continue after the implementation of the code of conduct. He did not lag behind even in counting his achievements.
Fatehpur Sikri MP Rajkumar Chahar said that the state government has sanctioned a sum of Rs 16 crore for the reconstruction of 12.800 km long road. Under this item, Bhoomi Pujan of reconstruction work was done during a program organized at Mauni Baba temple located in village Jajau with immediate effect at a cost of Rs 4 crore.
Inner Ring Road is being rebuilt with 125 crores and the dilapidated road of Southern Bypass is being rebuilt with 68 crores. During this time there were Guddu Chahar, Gambhir Kaka, Jaipal Pradhan, Sanju Sarpanch, Hari Pathak, Dinesh Sharma, Omkant Dagur, Than Singh etc.
On the other hand, MLA Purushottam Khandelwal laid the foundation stone of 13 development works to be undertaken at a cost of Rs 2.9 crore. In these, the foundation stone was laid for construction of road near Tapan Factory in Dayalbagh, construction of road in Sant Bihar Colony, construction of road near Gurudwara in Balkeshwar.
Similarly, foundation stone was laid for road and boundary works in Dayalbagh and housing development, hall construction works in Dharamshala in Khandari and Vidya Nagar. During this, Sitaram Aggarwal, Dr. Parthasarathy Sharma, Murarilal Goyal, Kundanika Sharma, Pawan Bansal etc. were present.
